General Information & Definitions

BIGWIN29 is owned and managed by One Visaya Gaming Corporation, a company lawfully established according to the regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. At present, it holds a license granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which is the regulatory authority established by Philippine law to govern all forms of gaming in the Philippines.

This agreement (the "Agreement") should be read by you (the "User" or "you") in its entirety prior to your use of BIGWIN29’s service or products. Please note that the Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and BIGWIN29 (referred to herein as "BIGWIN29", "us", or "we") which owns and operates the internet site and gaming site found and games described at BIGWIN29 (the "Service"). By clicking the "I Agree" button if and where provided and/or using the Service, you consent to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

This Agreement supersedes and merges all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the User and BIGWIN29. By opening a BIGWIN29 Account, registering, logging in, using the Services, participating in the games, or accepting any Prize, a visitor or a User fully understands and agrees:

• to become a party to the BIGWIN29 Rules
• that he/she has read, understood and will be adhering to these Terms of Use
• that he/she shall abide by all its term

BIGWIN29 reserves the right to update, amend, edit and supplement the BIGWIN29 Terms of Use at any time. Any substantial amendment to the Terms of Use herein shall be notified in advance by BIGWIN29 to the User before coming into effect.

All references in the BIGWIN29 Rules to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. All references to "the" shall include "a/an" and vice versa.

1. The Member Account

1.1 In order to participate in any of BIGWIN29’s games for real money, the applicant must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with BIGWIN29 (“Member Account”).

1.2 It is the User’s responsibility to determine the legal status of internet gambling in their jurisdiction and act accordingly. The availability of the BIGWIN29 service in any particular jurisdiction does not constitute an offer or invitation by BIGWIN29 to use the services offered by the BIGWIN29 website. BIGWIN29 will accept no liability whatsoever with respect to actions by players where internet gambling is illegal and/or which is in violation of this article of the Terms of Use.

1.3 BIGWIN29 will not allow registration from the following:
(A) Government officials connected directly with the operation of the Government or any of its agencies;
(B) Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force or Philippine National Police;
(C) Persons under 21 years of age or students of any school, college or university in the Philippines;
(D) Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) officials and employees;
(E) BIGWIN29 employees;
(F) Gaming Site Operators and employees;
(G) Unregistered players;
(H) Banned individuals.
(I) Spouse, common-law partner, children, parents of officials and persons mentioned in items (A) and (B) above
(J) Players currently residing outside of the Philippines;

1.4 The User is allowed to have only one Member Account on BIGWIN29 platform. If the User attempts to open more than one Member Account, all accounts the User tried to open may be blocked or closed.

1.5 If the User notices that he has more than one Member Account under different names, the user shall notify us immediately.

1.6 A request to open a Member Account is made by completing the website registration form and submitting it online. BIGWIN29 reserves the right to refuse to open a Member Account.

1.7 All information supplied when registered must be accurate. The User must enter all mandatory information requested into the registration form, including, but not limited to, their identity, address, contact details, including a valid e-mail address, the address of their place of residence, and relevant payment information. It is the User’s sole responsibility to ensure that the information provided is true, complete, and correct.

1.8 As part of the registration process, the User must use their registered mobile number to receive the one-time PIN (OTP) in order to complete the registration. The User can then create a login password together with the system-generated BIGWIN29’s ID number for subsequent logins. It is the User’s sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that the login credentials are kept secure. The User shall not disclose their login credentials to anyone. BIGWIN29 is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of the User’s Member Account by third parties due to the User’s disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of their login credentials to any third party.

1.9 By using BIGWIN29 services, you acknowledge that you are the sole owner of your account and agree not to sell, transfer, or lease it to anyone else. Such actions are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent banning of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must promptly report any unauthorized use or suspected breach. Violating these terms may lead to immediate suspension or permanent banning without prior notice.

1.10 BIGWIN29 strictly adheres to the Responsible Gaming policy promoted by PAGCOR. The User is prohibited from playing in open and public places at any given time while using the Service.

Other than PAGCOR, our company may to share your information with vital suppliers, third party service providers, related companies and subsidiaries to provide you with our services, administration of your account, accounting, market study promotions, play tracking, profiling and loyalty points, promotional games, release of prizes and such other allied services.

In processing your personal information our company adheres to a strict privacy policy in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the Membership Card Terms and Conditions relating to privacy.

1. In addition to the above-mentioned purposes, BIGWIN29 collects personal information through this membership form, which will be used to facilitate the transaction, track and administer your account, and improve efficiency in providing you with our Products and Services.
2. BIGWIN29 shall keep the Member's information strictly confidential. The information you give us will not be sold, shared to subsidiaries, third-party service providers, suppliers, or related companies or made available to the public, except in line with the disclosed purposes, in the course of our ordinary business, or when authorized by and in accordance with Philippine law or any valid order of the court or government agencies.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 BIGWIN29 reserves the right to appoint Payment Solution Providers to act, receive and/or pay funds on behalf of BIGWIN29.

4.2 The User may only participate in any game if the User has sufficient funds in the User’s member account. BIGWIN29 never gives the User any credit whatsoever for participation in any game.

4.3 The User’s deposit funds must not be coming from illegal or criminal activities. The User must not deposit nor withdraw through a card or e-wallet which the user is not authorized to use and/or utilize a payment instrument in a jurisdiction in which betting and gaming are prohibited.

4.4 The User’s name must be true, legal and consistent with the Proof of Identity submitted. It must also be ensured that the account name matches the name on the card, or any type of payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.

4.5 BIGWIN29 reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify the User’s identity when effecting deposits or withdrawals of the User’s Member Account.

4.6 Account balances in the User’s Member Account will not bear interest.

4.7 The User is not allowed to transfer funds from the User’s Member Account to other users or to receive money from other users into the User’s member account.

4.8 Minimum Initial Deposit for all newly registered users shall be required to post an initial deposit in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00). Subsequent deposits or top-ups must be at least Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00).

4.9 Minimum Withdrawal Amount is set at Three Hundred Pesos (Php 300.00) per transaction and the daily withdrawal limit for normal accounts is set at One Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000.00). BIGWIN29 will shoulder the transaction fee of up to 3 withdrawal requests per day otherwise all succeeding withdrawals are subject to applicable transaction fees.

4.10 As a courtesy to its Users, BIGWIN29 shall bear the cost of any transaction fees by providing a credit to the User’s BIGWIN29 account.

4.11 If BIGWIN29 mistakenly credits the User’s Member Account with winnings that do not belong to the User, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain the property of BIGWIN29 and the amount will be transferred from the User’s Member Account. If prior to BIGWIN29 becoming aware of the error the User has withdrawn the funds that do not belong to him/her, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by the User to BIGWIN29. In the event of an incorrect crediting, the User is obliged to notify BIGWIN29 immediately by email.

4.12 The User may withdraw any amount up to the available balance that is in the User’s Member Account by issuing BIGWIN29 with a valid notice of withdrawal on the Website. Notices for withdrawals must be made via the Website. BIGWIN29 will not accept withdrawal demands made by any other forms. Employees of BIGWIN29 are not permitted to bypass these instructions.

4.13 User shall be responsible for ensuring that all the information is complete and correct. Inaccurate information submitted by the User shall not subject BIGWIN29 to liability for any consequences thereof.

4.14 BIGWIN29 reserves the right to process the User's withdrawal using the same method as that used by the User when depositing.

4.15 The User must agree that for every successful deposit must need to reach the required 100% turnover before they can submit a withdrawal. BIGWIN29 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if the deposit or withdrawal sum(s) do not correspond to the sum(s) of placed bets, to be able to withdraw funds you must place bets with 1.2 sports odds/casino equivalent or higher in the amount of your last deposit(s). The criteria for withdrawal approval is the amount of bets placed within the last deposit(s).

4.16 Before any withdrawals are processed, the User’s play will be reviewed for any irregular or unusual playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Should BIGWIN29 deem that irregular gameplay has occurred, BIGWIN29 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all deposits, winnings, and bonuses. As usual, the User wins by just using free bet or free bonus without successful deposit, the User needs to deposit the same winning amount and meet the wagering requirement before withdrawing.

4.17 BIGWIN29 reserves the right to decline the withdrawal when the Member Account is found placing bets on 2 sides or any sign of fraud may result in the account. BIGWIN29 reserves the right to fund lock to all parties involved.

4.18 The User is unable to request a withdrawal of their deposited amount without meeting the deposit and bonus turnover requirement. BIGWIN29 reserves the right to refuse or void any winning and bonus offered to any User for reasons including but not limited to, abuse by the User.

5. KYC Policy

BIGWIN29 Know Your Customer Policy or the KYC Policy is designed to prevent and mitigate possible risks of BIGWIN29 being involved in any kind of illegal activity.

The local regulations require BIGWIN29 to implement effective internal procedures and mechanisms to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, drug and human trafficking, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, corruption, and bribery and to take action in case of any form of suspicious activity from its Users.

KYC Policy covers the following matters:

1. Verification procedures.
2. Sanctions and PEP lists screening.
3. Compliance Officer.
4. Monitoring Transactions.
5. Risk Assessment.

5.1 Verification procedures
One of the international standards for preventing illegal activity is customer due diligence ("CDD"). According to CDD, BIGWIN29 establishes its own verification procedures within the standards of anti-money laundering and "Know Your Customer" frameworks.

5.1.1 Identity verification
BIGWIN29's identity verification procedure requires the User to provide BIGWIN29 with reliable, independent source documents, data or information (e.g., national ID, international passport, bank statement, utility bill), one-time video call verification and selfie with the valid ID. For such purposes, BIGWIN29 reserves the right to collect User's identification information for the KYC Policy purposes and verify it within 24 hours.

BIGWIN29 will take steps to confirm the authenticity of documents and information provided by the Users. All legal methods for double-checking identification information will be used and BIGWIN29 reserves the right to investigate certain Users who have been determined to be risky or suspicious.

BIGWIN29 reserves the right to verify User's identity on an ongoing basis, especially when their identification information has been changed or their activity seems to be suspicious (unusual for the particular User). In addition, BIGWIN29 reserves the right to request up-to-date documents from the Users, even though they have passed identity verification in the past.

User's identification information will be collected, stored, shared, and protected strictly in accordance with BIGWIN29's Privacy Policy and related regulations.

Once the User's identity has been verified, BIGWIN29 is able to remove itself from potential legal liability in a situation where its Services are used to conduct illegal activity.

5.1.2 Card verification
The Users who are intended to use payment cards in connection with the BIGWIN29's Services are required to undergo a verification process in accordance with instructions available on the BIGWIN29's Website.

5.2 Sanctions, Minor, Goverment Officials, PNP/AFP, excluded and PEP lists screening.
BIGWIN29 screens applicants against recognized Sanctions, Minor, Goverment Officials, PNP/AFP, excluded and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) lists. Individuals and legal entities are screened against the mentioned lists:

1. On the onboarding stage when the user is submitting the application;
2. On each anti-fraud and AML alerts manually by the Compliance Officer;
3. Monthly by running automatically with a script to re-check all DB of customers.
4. For the screening process BIGWIN29 uses PAGCOR Sanctions, Minor, Government Officials, PNP/AFP, excluded, and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) database for manual confirmation.

BIGWIN29 reserves the right to ask for additional proof regarding a player's current location by whatever means necessary in compliance with the current PAGCOR guideline stating that only individuals residing inside the Philippines shall be allowed to play.

5.3 Compliance Officer
The Compliance Officer is the person, duly authorized by BIGWIN29, whose duty is to ensure the effective implementation and enforcement of the KYC Policy. It is the Compliance Officer's responsibility to supervise all aspects of BIGWIN29's anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, including but not limited to:

1. Collecting Users' identification information.
2. Establishing and updating internal policies and procedures for the completion, review, submission and retention of all reports and records required under the applicable laws and regulations.
3. Monitoring transactions and investigating any significant deviations from normal activity.
4. Implementing a records management system for appropriate storage and retrieval of documents, files, forms and logs.
5. Updating risk assessment regularly.
6. Providing law enforcement with information as required under the applicable laws and regulations.

The Compliance Officer is entitled to interact with law enforcement, which are involved in prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and other illegal activity.

5.4 Monitoring Transactions
The Users are known not only by verifying their identity (who they are) but, more importantly, by analyzing their transactional patterns (what they do). Therefore, BIGWIN29 relies on data analysis as a risk-assessment and suspicion detection tool. BIGWIN29 performs a variety of compliance-related tasks, including capturing data, filtering, record-keeping, investigation management, and reporting. System functionalities include:
Daily check of Users against recognized "blacklists" (e.g. PAGCOR National Database of Restricted Persons), aggregating transfers by multiple data points, placing Users on watch and service denial lists, opening cases for investigation where needed, sending internal communications and filling out statutory reports, if applicable; case and document management.

With regard to the KYC Policy, BIGWIN29 will monitor all transactions and it reserves the right to:

1. Ensure that transactions of suspicious nature are reported to the proper law enforcement through the Compliance Officer;
2. Request the User to provide any additional information and documents in case of suspicious transactions;
3. Suspend or terminate User's Account when BIGWIN29 has reasonable suspicion that such User engaged in illegal activity.
4. The above list is not exhaustive, and the Compliance Officer will monitor Users' transactions on a day-to-day basis in order to define whether such transactions are to be reported and treated as suspicious or are to be treated as bona fide.

5.5 Risk Assessment
BIGWIN29, in line with the PAGCOR compliance, has adopted a risk-based approach to combating money laundering and terrorist financing. By adopting a risk-based approach, BIGWIN29 is able to ensure that measures to prevent or mitigate money laundering and terrorist financing are commensurate to the identified risks. This will allow resources to be allocated in the most efficient ways. The principle is that resources should be directed in accordance with priorities so that the greatest risks receive the highest attention.

6. Breaches, Penalties and Termination

6.1 BIGWIN29 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet on individual games/events, as well as the introduction and removal of specific restrictions on the accounts of individual Users without notice or explanation of reasons.

6.2 If the User breaches any provision of these Terms of Use or BIGWIN29 has a reasonable ground to suspect that the User has breached them, BIGWIN29 reserves the right, to suspend, close the Member Account, withhold and forfeit any money in the User’s account (including the deposit) and apply such funds on account of any damages due by the User.

6.3 The User acknowledges that BIGWIN29 shall be the final decision-maker of whether the User has violated BIGWIN29’s rules or Terms of Use. This may result in BIGWIN29’s suspension or permanent barring of the User from participation of the service.

6.4 BIGWIN29 reserves the right to disable any game category, block an account for 45-365 days, and forfeit user account balance for all users, households, agents, affiliates, IP, and groups conducting opposite betting activities with the intentional result of fraudulently gaining affiliate commission, agent commission, voucher scratch card or any given bonus/commission alike.

7. Inactive Account and Dormant Policy

7.1 If the User does not log onto his Member Account via the Internet, using his “Phone Number” or "Email Address" together with the "Password" for a period of one (1) year, all balances may be forfeited from the User’s account after a notification has been sent to the registered e-mail address.

8. Bonus Policy

8.1 BIGWIN29 reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to the User if such bonuses have not been used within 1 month from the date when they were awarded.

8.2 Should a User use bonus funds to play on Games/Events not included in Games/Events that count towards meeting the bonus requirement, BIGWIN29 reserves the right to refuse withdrawals, remove bonus money, and remove winnings without notice. BIGWIN29 is entitled to lock all accounts of players found abusing this rule.

8.3 Any promotions or campaigns run by BIGWIN29 or its partners shall publish the full mechanics on the Website or relevant digital platform in writing. It is the User's sole responsibility to read and understand them before participating.

8.4 Draw bets canceled or void bets, or bets on both even chances during a single game will not count towards bonus rollover.

8.5 Only verified players are eligible to claim any bonus, unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.

8.6 Before any withdrawals are processed, all gameplays will be reviewed. Should BIGWIN29 consider "Foul Play" has occurred, BIGWIN29 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and confiscate the full Bonus and any attributed winnings.

8.7 The use of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. The same shall be prima facie evidence of fraud and a ground for disqualification.

8.8 Should there be probable cause for fraud, BIGWIN29 reserves the right to suspend the account for investigation preventively. Should there be conclusive proof of fraud, BIGWIN29 reserves its right to close the account.

8.9 Subject to PAGCOR’s approval, BIGWIN29 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 BIGWIN29 is the sole owner of the trademark BIGWIN29 and the BIGWIN29 logo. Any unauthorized use of the BIGWIN29 trademark and the BIGWIN29 logo may result in prosecution.

9.2 Bigwin29.com is the URL of BIGWIN29 and no unauthorized use may be made of this URL on another website or digital platform without our prior written consent.

9.3 BIGWIN29 is the owner or the rightful licensee of the rights to the technology, software, and business systems used within this Website.

9.4 The contents and structure of BIGWIN29´s Website pages are subject to copyright and database rights in the name of BIGWIN29. All rights reserved. The copyright in this Website including all text, graphics, code, files, and links belongs to BIGWIN29 and the site may not be reproduced, transmitted or stored in whole or in part without BIGWIN29's written consent. The User’s registration and use of BIGWIN29’s system therefore does not confer any rights whatsoever to the intellectual property contained in our system.

9.5 Links to the Website and any of the pages therein may not be included in any other website without the prior written consent of BIGWIN29.

9.6 The User agrees not to use any automatic or manual device to monitor BIGWIN29 web pages or any content therein. Any unauthorized use or reproduction may be prosecuted.

10. Disclaimer

In the event of BIGWIN29 being found liable in any way by a court of law and/or a similar authority with legal competence and/or jurisdiction over BIGWIN29, then BIGWIN29's liability is limited to the amount of the stake, or the Member Account's net winnings, whichever is the lesser. Alternatively, when relevant and applicable, the amount recorded in the BIGWIN29 Member Account or the amount transferred into or out of the BIGWIN29 Account, whichever is the lesser.

BIGWIN29 is not affiliated or connected with sports teams, event organizers, or players displayed on its websites, and does not claim any intellectual property rights relating to their name and image, which are used strictly in order to provide the Services.

BIGWIN29 makes no representation or warranty, explicit or implicit, as to the legal rights of the User to participate in the Services, nor shall any of BIGWIN29's employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representation or warranty. The User shall not use the Services, open, use, or reuse a BIGWIN29 Member Account, enter the Website, nor accept any Prize if the User does not fully understand, agree to, wish to become a party to, and comply with, without exception, all the BIGWIN29 Rules contained herein, and as these may be amended from time to time.

BIGWIN29 does not acknowledge or accept any liability for damage and/or losses to a User and/or a third party caused directly and/or indirectly due to the User:

1. making deposits to his BIGWIN29 Member Account via a third party's Card or account;
2. requesting withdrawals from his BIGWIN29 Member Account to a third party's account;
3. providing incorrect details of his personal account for the purpose of withdrawals from his BIGWIN29 Member Account;
4. allowing third parties to use his BIGWIN29 Member Account to make deposits to or withdrawals from his BIGWIN29 Member Account.

BIGWIN29 does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever for damage and/or losses to a User and/or a third party caused directly and/or indirectly due to any:

1. Mistake, misprint, misinterpretation, mishearing, misreading, mistranslation, spelling mistake, fault in reading, transaction error, technical failure, technical hazard, registration error, manifest error, cancellation of a game for any reason, and/or any other similar event;
2. Violation of the BIGWIN29 Rules;
3. Collusion and/or criminal actions;

5. Failure of BIGWIN29's central computer system or any part thereof; delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from the failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system; and/or
6. Financial risk and loss, including but not limited to variances in exchange rates;

Neither BIGWIN29 nor any of its independent providers is liable for any information errors, incompleteness, inaccuracy, or delays, or for any actions taken in reliance on information contained therein.

The User shall hold BIGWIN29, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents, and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities, and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of User’s:

1. Entry, use or reuse of the Website;
2. Use of any Website material;
3. Entry, use or reuse of the servers used to provide the Services;
4. Entry, use or reuse of a Client Application;
5. Participation in the games, chat functionalities and Services;
6. The acceptance of any Prize.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall BIGWIN29, its Software and Client application, software suppliers, subsidiary companies, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of or the inability to use BIGWIN29's or its suppliers' products, Client Application and/or materials. The User specifically acknowledges and agrees that BIGWIN29 is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any User. If the User is dissatisfied with any Services, or with any of the present BIGWIN29 Rules, the User’s sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Services.
